Short Courses

Short Beauty Courses

Courses are open to both male and female students and no previous skills are required. Training consists of class tuition and home study. Examinations (where applicable) will consist of a multiple-choice paper and a practical exam.




Champneys Diplomas are fully insurable

Course fees include diplomas and the use of all equipment and products. Students are expected to provide all stationery and appropriate workwear, e.g. therapy uniform. Workwear can be purchased from the College shop,

if required.

 

 

 

 

Indian Head Massage

£650     (An additional examination fee will apply)

Champneys College Indian Head Massage Diploma - 2009 Dates

4 days in total, June to end of July, including case studies.

Limited places available

 

A 1,000 year old massage technique which releases tension and stress found in

the scalp, shoulders, neck and facial areas. 

Anatomy, Physiology  and Massage Diploma is required.

(Please send a copy of your diploma with application form).

 

Examinations: 30 minutes multiple choice questions and one hour practical examination. 

 

Please wear a suitable therapy uniform and bring pen and paper.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

The following information only applies to Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage

 

The closing date for all courses/workshops, is two weeks prior to the commencement date. Deposits paid are NON REFUNDABLE.

For courses costing £250 or less, full payment is required on booking. For courses over £250, a 50% deposit is required to secure the place, with the balance due 4 weeks before commencement of course. For late enrolments (less than 4 weeks prior to starting date), the full fee is required when booking. Once training has commenced, no refund can be given to students who do not complete the course.

 

Requests for course transfers / credits must be made in writing in order to be actioned.


Credits: In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks of course/workshop commencing, no cash refunds are available, but a credit can be given for an alternative course/workshops  (subject to £35 administration fee).  If the College has to reschedule a course/workshop and you are unable to attend we will refund in full or credit you against an alternative course/workshop.

 

All courses which lead to a qualification are fully insurable - details on request.
